It made my trip to San Sebastian a wonderful experience. It was clean and the atmosphere was quiet all around. The staff was thoughtful, the bathroom was clean. The breakfasts were good and satisfactory. The location turned out to be magnificent and stunning, adjacent to many good restaurants and bars, Kursaal and the centre of town.
The staff were not particularly helpful, didn't expect that coming.

Absolutely fantastic room with a balcony, everything was spotless. The staff was great and made us feel comfortable. The location was marvellous and brilliant, for example, People was relatively close to the hotel. We found it in a fairly nice area just next door to beach and old town, very nice restaurants, and the bus stop.
